Unpair the watch
Log in and tap the Profile icon in the bottom-right corner.
Under Watch, tap the watch you want to unpair.
Scroll down, tap Unpair Watch, and confirm.
ℹ️ Unpairing releases the watch’s Spacetalk mobile number back to your plan as available, so you can assign it to another watch next time you pair.
Pair the watch again
Make sure the watch shows “Tap to Pair” (if not, restart or reset it — see the troubleshooting below).
From the Spaces screen, tap the blue + in the bottom-right corner, then tap Pair a Watch.
Choose the person to pair the watch to.
If you have a wearable plan that hasn’t been used to pair a watch, it will appear here for you to assign. (A Spacetalk SIM from the box auto-fills its number instead.) On a new account, you may complete a short KYC/address step.
Scan the watch’s QR code (or enter the pairing code) and finish. See Pair your Spacetalk Watch for the full flow.
If pairing fails
Repeat the unpair steps to make sure the watch is fully disconnected.
Restart the watch, then restart pairing from the Spaces screen.
Factory reset the watch as a last resort — see My Watch Won’t Pair with my App.
After a repair or swapping watches
When re-pairing after a repair, you can restore previous settings, but some data (images, messages, audio) can’t be restored. If you’re moving from an old watch to a new one, link the new device to the correct family member during pairing.
