If your Spacetalk Mobile service is showing as deactivated on your Spacetalk app, this means your most recent recharge was unsuccessful.
This can happen if insufficient funds are available or a payment method requires updating.
Prior to following the steps below on how to reactivate your service, if your payment method requires updating, please click here for further information on how to do so.
How to Reactivate your Spacetalk Mobile Service
On your Spacetalk app, select the Membership option at the bottom of the screen
On the Membership page, under Your SIM Plans, swipe from the right of the screen to the left until View all can be selected.
Once you've pressed on View all you should see a list of your Spacetalk Mobile services. Please select your deactivated service to proceed
Once you've pressed on your deactivated service, you should see a Reactivate Plan button at the bottom of the screen - press this and follow the steps to finalise reactivating your Spacetalk Mobile service
