Update Mobile plans
If you need to make changes to your plan, such as recharging, switching plans, gifting data, or disconnecting your service, you can easily do so through your Spacetalk App.
Step 1: Access your Spacetalk Mobile Membership via the app
Accessing your mobile account detail is easy. Log into your Spacetalk App.
On the bottom, select Membership
Step 2: Select the Plan You Want to update
You will see a list of your active plans on the page. Select the plan that you want to update.
Step 4: Choose your update options
From the available options, choose what you would like to do:
Recharge or switch your plan
Replace SIM if you lost it
Gift your excess data to another Spacetalk Mobile Plan user
Disconnect to cancel your plan
Step 5: How to Change Your Spacetalk Mobile Plan
After you’ve selected to switch your Spacetalk Mobile plan in the Actions menu, you’ll then be directed to select the plan you wish to change to – make sure you swipe through each option before you make your decision.
Step 6: Finalise the Purchase
Once you’ve selected your desired plan, follow the prompts to finalise the purchase. You’ll be required confirm the payment and enable auto-recharge before it is finalised.
Please Note: When recharging, it will take place immediately.
Step 7: You’re Done!
Once the payment has been confirmed, you have successfully changed your Spacetalk Mobile plan and recharged your Spacetalk Mobile service.
How to Change Your Spacetalk Mobile Plan via the Web App
You can also update and change your Spacetalk Mobile plans via the web app available on the Spacetalk website
Step 1: Log in to your Spacetalk Web App
You can log in to your Spacetalk Web App via our website: https://app.spacetalk.co/
To view your Spacetalk Mobile services, click View All under your SIM Plans.
Step 2: Select the Plan
Select from the list of active Spacetalk Mobile services the plan you wish to make changes to.
Step 3: Select Switch Plan
On the new page you’ll be able to view your Spacetalk Mobile service and all available actions available on your account. To switch Spacetalk Mobile plan, select Switch Plan under the Actions menu.
Once you’ve selected your desired plan, you can select Agree & Confirm before proceeding to payment.
Step 4: Confirm Recurring Payment Details
Once you’ve confirmed your payment details, select Confirm Payment Details to finalise the new plan.
Please Note: This change will happen immediately and a payment will be deducted.
Step 5: All done!
Once the payment has been finalised, your service will recharge with the new plan. And you’re done!
