Update Mobile plans

If you are a Spacetalk Mobile customer and need to make changes to your plan, such as recharging, switching plans, replacing your SIM card, gifting data, or disconnecting your service, you can easily do so through your Spacetalk Mobile account.

Step 1: Access the Self-Service Portal

You will need to go to our Mobile Portal: https://mobile-activate.au.spacetalk.co.

Step 2: Log in to Your Account

Once you have accessed the self-service portal, you will need to log in to your account. To do so, enter your mobile or account number and password that you used to set up your account.

Note: Do not use your email address for login. Your account number is sent to you via SMS and email when you activate your service.

TIP: Your account number is a 9-digit number and should start with '200'

Step 3: Select the Plan You Want to update

After logging in, you will see a list of your active plans on the right-hand side of the page. Select the plan that you want to update.

Step 4: Choose your update options

From the available options, choose what you would like to do:

  • Recharge or switch your plan

  • Replace SIM if you lost it

  • Gift your excess data to another Spacetalk Mobile Plan user

  • Disconnect to cancel your plan

Follow the prompts to complete the steps to your updates. To check your balance, log in to your account on the SpaceTalk website, navigate to the 'Plans' section of the device account, and review the credit balance associated with the selected device.

That's it! Your changes will be processed and your updated plan will be reflected in your account. If you have any further questions or need assistance with updating your plan, chat to our customer support team for help.

Troubleshooting Tips:

  • If you forget your account number, check your messages as it is sent via SMS and email.

  • For login issues, ensure you use the correct mobile number and password.

  • Contact customer support if problems persist. We will need to verify you so make sure you have your Spacetalk mobile number, full name, and date of birth ready.
