What to do if your Recharge Fails?
Recharging your Spacetalk Mobile plan is simple and can be done through the Spacetalk app or web app. If your payment for your auto-recharge fails (this could be due to wrong payment details or insufficient funds), follow these detailed steps:
Recharging via Mobile App
Open the Spacetalk app on your mobile device.
Tap on Membership at the bottom of the screen.
Select the service you want to recharge.
Tap Recharge plan and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the recharge.
Recharging via Web App
Log into your account on the Spacetalk web app (https://app.spacetalk.co/).
Navigate to Membership.
Select the service you want to recharge.
Follow the on-screen prompts to choose and confirm your plan.
To recharge via the web app, you can log into your Spacetalk Web App account through our website: https://app.spacetalk.co/. Once logged in, follow the steps under the 'Membership' section and select the service you wish to recharge.
On the mobile app, tap on Membership at the bottom of the screen. Then, select the service you want to recharge and tap Recharge plan, following the on-screen prompts.
In the Actions list, select 'Recharge plan'.

What if your plan is no longer active?
If you plan is showing 0 Days left or 0GB data left, then your plan is not active. To activate your plan, you can follow these same steps.
Open the Spacetalk Web App, navigate to Membership on your dashboard, and select the service you want to recharge.
Tap on 'Recharge plan' from the available options within the selected service to proceed and confirm your recharge. Follow the on-screen prompts to finalize the process.
