When you activate a Spacetalk Mobile service, you’ll be provided with a customer number. Please keep this number as it will come in handy if you ever need to contact our support team for assistance.
If you wish to view your Spacetalk Mobile services, you can now do so via the Spacetalk website and Mobile app.

Step 1: Phone or Email
Once you’ve opened our website, you’ll be prompted to log in to your Spacetalk account using your associated email address or personal phone number.
Once you’ve selected the option you prefer and entered your details, click on the Sign in button to proceed.
Step 2: Verification Code
So we know it’s you, you’ll be sent a verification code to your preferred login method. Please check your email or SMS for the code, and enter where prompted on the website.
When done, click Sign in to proceed.
Step 3: View your Spacetalk Mobile Plans
Once logged in, you’ll be taken to your home page where you can view all of your active Spacetalk Mobile plans. These will be displayed under Your SIM plans
