How to Update Your Credit Card Details

Follow the steps below to update your credit card details on your Spacetalk App or Web App in just a few clicks.

Step 1: Log in to your Spacetalk App

Log in to your Spacetalk Mobile app and at the bottom of the screen select Membership

Step 2: Select the Plan You Want to Update the Payment Method of

You will see a list of your active plans on the page. Select the plan that you want to update.

Step 3: Choose your Update Option

From the available options, choose what you would like to do:

Step 4: Update your Payment Details

You will now be prompted to enter your credit card details. Make sure that all information is accurate and up-to-date. Once done, press Confirm Payment Details

And that's it! Your payment details have now been updated on your Spacetalk App. You can now enjoy a hassle-free experience with Spacetalk.

How to Change Your Payment Method via the Web App

You can also update the payment method of your Spacetalk Mobile service via the web app available on the Spacetalk website

Step 1: Log in to your Spacetalk Web App

You can log into your Spacetalk Web App via our website: app.spacetalk.co

To view your Spacetalk mobile services, click View All under your SIM Plans.

Step 2: Select the Plan

Select from the list of active Spacetalk Mobile services the plan you wish to make changes to.

Step 3: Select Payment

On the new page, you’ll be able to view your Spacetalk Mobile service and all available actions on your account. To update your payment method, please select Payment on the right-hand side.

Step 4: Enter Payment Details

Enter the correct payment details and confirm your change. This will make sure each future recharge is deducted from your desired payment method.
