If you've accidentally ported or transferred your personal phone number to Spacetalk Mobile, there's an easy way to get it back.
Firstly, do NOT cancel the service. Once a phone number is cancelled it can't be reactivated, so it's very important not to cancel or disconnect the number.
To get the number back with your preferred provider, get a new SIM from that provider and follow their porting steps to port your number out of Spacetalk Mobile and in to your provider of choice.
Depending on the provider you choose, they may need the date of birth of the person who signed up for the Spacetalk service, along with the mobile number, to match our records and complete the transfer.
