If you’ve ported your personal phone number to Spacetalk Mobile on accident, there is an easy way to retrieve it.

Firstly, DO NOT CANCEL THE SERVICE – when you cancel a phone number, it is unable to be reactivated, so it’s very important not to cancel or disconnect your number.

To get the number back with your preferred SIM provider, simply get a new SIM from that provider and follow their porting steps to port your number out of Spacetalk Mobile and in to your provider of choice.

Depending on the provider you choose to go with, they may need a date of birth or an account/customer number. The date of birth will be that of the person who signed up for the service, and your account/customer number would have been sent to you via SMS or email on completion of the port to Spacetalk Mobile.
