Instructions on how to delete your Spacetalk Account data both online and via your Spacetalk app

If you would like to delete your Spacetalk account information, you can do so via both your Spacetalk app and online via our web app.

When deleting your Spacetalk account information, it’s important to note you’ll first need to cancel all active SIM plans.

To do this, please follow the article below:

Additionally, you’ll lose all Space, user, location and historical data – if this is important to you, please make sure to record this data prior to deleting your account.

How to Delete your Account via your Spacetalk App

Step 1: Access your Spacetalk App

Log in to your Spacetalk app, once done select Profile in the bottom right corner

Step 2: Delete Account

Select Delete Account if you wish to go ahead

Please make sure all Spacetalk Mobile services are cancelled and all required data is recorded before you confirm to cancel.

The app will ask you to reconfirm on an additional screen, before requiring you to authenticate with an OTP to your mobile and email.

How to Delete your Account via our Web Portal

Step 1: Log in to your Account and view your Profile

You can log into your Spacetalk Web App via our website at: app.spacetalk.co

Once logged in, click on Profile at the top

Step 2: Delete Account

On the left side, click Delete Account

Please make sure all Spacetalk Mobile services are cancelled and all required data is recorded before you confirm to cancel.
