If you are an owner of a Space, you can delete the Space. Admins do not have the capabilities to delete Spaces only owners. This is how to delete the Space.
Deleting Space
Step 1: Access your Spacetalk App
Log in to your Spacetalk app and once done, tap on Spaces.
Step 2: Tap on the Space Settings
Each Space has its own settings that can be managed by the owner or an admin.
Step 3: Select Member Management
On Space settings of the owner/ admin, click on Member Management.
Step 4: Click on the member’s profile
To delete a Space, the Space admin must first manually remove all members from the Space. Scroll to the bottom and select ‘Remove from Space’
Step 5: Delete space
Once all members have been removed from the Space, the admin can leave the Space.
Step 6: Confirm and Leave
You will be asked to confirm the request. Select 'Confirm & leave' to finalise the request.
Step 7: Delete the Space
Once everyone has been removed. Scroll to the bottom of Space Settings page and select ‘Delete Space’.
Step 8: Confirm your Space deletion
You will be shown a confirmation prompt before finalising the deletion of the Space.
Select 'Delete Space' to confirm your deletion.
If you change your mind about the deletion, you can still cancel at this point. Select 'Cancel'.
