What is a managed member?
Managed members are people you add to your Space with limited and delegated permissions. They can be older children, teens, or other family members using the Spacetalk app on their phones. Adding them helps you stay in touch and use all the Space features, but they can't make admin changes.
How To Add a Managed Member

How to Access Your Managed Member Settings
Step 1: Access your Spacetalk App
Log in to your Spacetalk app, and once done, select the Profile icon in the bottom right corner

Under the Managed Member hearing, select the member you wish to update the settings of
Your Managed Member Settings
Now that you have a Managed Member added to your Space, you have multiple settings you can customise. Please find a helpful list below of all the available features, as well as how to use them.
Here you can view who has Admin control of this Managed user – as you were the one who added them, you will appear automatically. Other Admin users can be added via your Member Admin Controls mentioned below.
Member Watch
If you ever want to add a Spacetalk watch to this member’s profile, you can do so by pressing Pair a Watch.

Spaces [Member Name] is in
If this member is added to multiple Spaces, you will be able to view them here – you can also adjust their settings and the information that is shared within Spaces.

Profile
Press this to update their profile. You can change preferred screen names, add profile pictures and edit existing data.
Security
Blocked Users
If you ever need to manage blocked users, you can do so in this menu. You’ll be able to press on each blocked member and will be given the option to unblock.

Member Admin Controls
Enable QR Login
Press this to display a QR code. The Managed Member can scan this with their phone, which will allow them to sign-up and link them to the profile you have created on their behalf. This sign-up bypass will require them to only give a mobile number, and not require an email as the app does a normal user.
Manage Member Admins
Here you can view and edit the Admins who have the ability to update the settings for this Managed user.
Disconnect from a Managed Member
If you no longer require this Managed Member profile, press this option to unlink them from your account. They will then become the owner of their own account and you will loose admin capabilities as well as the overview of what spaces they are in.
