Who pays for postage when sending a Spacetalk watch for repair?

How postage costs work for in-warranty and out-of-warranty Spacetalk watch repairs.

In-warranty repairs

Spacetalk covers postage for all in-warranty repairs. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the watch.

Note: If the assessment determines your repair falls outside of warranty, you will need to cover return postage. If a warranty defect is then found during assessment, we will reimburse you for that postage cost.

Out-of-warranty repairs

You are responsible for postage costs when sending a watch for an out-of-warranty repair.

If the repair assessment confirms a warranty defect, you are eligible for reimbursement of reasonable postage costs. To claim this:

  1. Send the watch using a reliable courier or postal service and keep the postage receipt.

  2. Allow time for the repair assessment to be completed.

  3. If a warranty defect is confirmed, submit your postage receipt to our Support team to process the reimbursement.

If you have any questions about postage or the repair process, contact our Support team via live chat.
