Spacetalk watches come with a limited manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. Physical damage — such as a cracked casing or broken screen — is generally not covered under warranty, but repair is available in some countries.
Where repair is available
Country | Repair available? |
Australia | Yes |
New Zealand | Yes |
United Kingdom | Yes |

Note: For countries where out-of-warranty repair is not available, you will need to purchase a replacement watch.
How to arrange a repair
Contact our Support team via live chat. Have the following ready:
Photos of the watch clearly showing the damage
Proof of purchase
Your watch's IMEI number (found under Settings > Information on the watch, or on the label on your watch box)
We will assess the damage and, if a repair charge applies, send you a quote before any work is done.
Before you send the watch
You must prepare the watch before sending it for repair to protect your personal information.
Step 1: Save any photos or videos you want to keep
Photos and videos on the watch cannot be restored after a factory reset. If there are any you want to keep, send them from the watch via Chat to a Spacetalk App user, who can then save them to their phone's album.
Step 2: Factory reset the watch
Swipe down from the top of the watch screen.
Tap Settings.
Scroll down and tap Factory Reset.
Enter the last 4 digits of your watch's IMEI number as the password. You can find the IMEI under Settings > Information on the watch, or on the label on the side of your watch box.
Once the reset is complete, the watch will shut down and restart.
When your watch is returned from repair, you will need to re-pair it with the Spacetalk App. See How do I pair my Spacetalk watch with the app?.
