The IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) is a unique number that identifies your watch. You need it for factory resets, pairing, and repair requests. There are three places you can find it.
On the watch box
The IMEI is printed on a label on the side of the watch box, just below the barcode.
On the watch
Swipe down from the top of the watch screen.
Tap Settings.
Scroll down and tap Information.
Scroll down — your IMEI number is listed on this screen.
In the Spacetalk App
Open the Spacetalk App and tap Profile in the bottom right corner.
Scroll down and tap the watch you want to find the IMEI for.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Device Information.
Your IMEI number is listed here, along with other device details.
