Don't see your SIM plan?

If you don't see the phone number of your SIM plan, check which email address did you use to set up the SIM plan.

If you set up your plan before the 15 Nov 2025, you may have used a different email address to set up the mobile account. Now that we have consolidated your mobile account into your Spacetalk App account, you can see all your details in the one place. If you had set up the mobile account under a different email address, we can transfer the details for you. For security purposes, we'll need you to contact us to verify that the mobile account is yours.

Do not try to re-activate your SIM if it was previously activated. You will get a 'SIM number invalid' error message.

Step 2: Check if your SIM is still active

If the Days left is 0 or the data is all used up, you will need to recharge the plan. To do this select 'Switch plan' and select the plan you want to.

You can select the same plan that you previously had.

Follow the prompts to complete the recharge.

Do not try to re-activate your SIM if it was previously activated. You will get a 'SIM number invalid' error message.

SIM Number Invalid Error Message

If you try to activate a new plan with your existing SIM, you will get a 'SIM number invalid' error message. This is because the SIM was previously activated. What you need to do is check the balance of the SIM plan.
