Australia: Buy A New Plan

This article will provide instructions on how to buy a new plan for Australian customers.

You can buy a new plan from your Spacetalk app. See the instructions below on how to do that.

Step 1: Access your Spacetalk App

Log in to your Spacetalk app then click on Membership.

Step 2: Tap on “Buy phone plan” or “Add a plan”

To get started with a new plan, click “Buy a phone plan” or “Add a plan”—either way, you’ll follow the same steps.

Step 3: Select a SIM Plan

You can select a plan from the available options which fits your needs and budget. Swipe left and right to see the different plan options.

Step 4: Identity Verification

If this is your first time buying a plan, you’ll need to provide your information and verify your identity using a passport, driver’s license, or Medicare details.

If this isn’t your first purchase and your account details are up to date, you’ll see a prompt confirming your ID was verified within the last 12 months.

Step 5: Confirm your plan

After selecting a plan, you will need to confirm and agree to the chosen plan and its terms of use.

Step 6: Confirm payment details

Enter your payment details to set up auto-recharge, which you can toggle any time after the plan is activated on your SIM.

If you have an existing account and want to add a new payment method for a plan purchase, click “Add payment method” and enter your card details.

Step 7: Done!

Your plan is ready for activation. When you tap on the plan, you’ll see the active plans on your account. Select the plan, and you’ll be prompted to activate your new SIM using it.
