Buy a new Spacetalk Mobile plan in Australia straight from the Spacetalk App. Tap Membership, choose Buy a phone plan or Add a plan, then select a plan and follow the steps.
How to buy a new plan
Step 1: Open Membership
Open the Spacetalk App and tap Membership at the bottom of the screen.
Step 2: Start a new plan
Tap Buy a phone plan — or Add a plan if you already have an active service. Both options follow the same steps.
Step 3: Choose your plan
Swipe through the available plans and tap Select on the one that suits you.
Step 4: Verify your identity (first purchase only)
If this is your first plan, enter your personal details and verify your identity using a driver's licence, Medicare card, or passport.
Note: If you have already verified within the last 12 months, you will see a confirmation that your ID is already verified — skip ahead to Step 5.
Step 5: Choose your number
Choose a new number, or keep your existing number by porting it across. If you port your number, we will send a verification code by SMS to confirm the transfer is authorised. See How do I transfer or port my existing number? for details.
Step 6: Confirm your plan
Review your chosen plan, agree to the terms of use, and tap Agree and confirm.
Step 7: Enter payment details
Enter your payment details to set up auto-recharge. You can turn auto-recharge off after the plan is activated.
Note: If you already purchased this plan from the online store, you will see $0 due today — you will not be charged again now. Your saved payment details will be used from the next billing cycle.
Step 8: Done
Your plan is purchased and ready to activate. Tap to activate your SIM now, or return to the Membership page and tap Activate new SIM when you are ready.
