If your Spacetalk Mobile service fails to recharge (due to insufficient funds or an expired payment method), it will appear as ‘Deactivated’ in your Spacetalk mobile and web app account.
This service can be reactivated by selecting Reactivate Plan in either your web or mobile app.
If you need to update your payment method, we would recommend doing this first before you try to recharge the service.

Once you’re ready to recharge your service, select Reactivate Plan (as shown above) and follow the prompts to manually recharge and reactivate your service.
When all the steps have been completed, your service should only take a few minute,s and you’ll receive an automated notification via email to confirm it’s ready to be used again.
