Why is my Spacetalk Mobile service cancelled?

Spacetalk Mobile services may be automatically cancelled due to prolonged inactivity on the account. Specifically, if an account has no payment activity, recharge or mobile service usage for a continuous period of 6 months, the system will automatically cancel the associated service and SIM card.

It is recommended to keep your account active by recharging or using your Spacetalk Mobile service periodically to prevent unintended cancellations resulting from inactivity.
