There are multiple ways you can activate your Spacetalk Mobile service. You can do this from the Spacetalk app or by logging into https://app.spacetalk.co. After signing in, ensure you are using the email address associated with your purchase to avoid any account mismatch.

How to use the plan you purchased via the app

Step 1: Access your Spacetalk App

It’s important to use the same email address that you used during the store check out. Sign in to the Spacetalk app with this email address. Ensure you double-check the email address to avoid any mismatches, as this could delay activation.

From the Spacetalk app's home screen, navigate to Membership at the bottom menu and follow the prompts for managing your plans.

Step 2: Your SIM Plan

If you’ve used the same email to purchase the plan as you use to log into your Spacetalk app account, your purchased plan will appear below Your SIM Plans – as "Activate new SIM" in blue. Please select the tile and this will direct you to activate your plan. If the plan does not appear, recheck the email address and ensure your internet connection is stable. Contact support if issues persist.

How to use the plan you purchased via our website

Step 1: Log into your Spacetalk Web App

You can log into your Spacetalk Web App from our web app: https://app.spacetalk.co/

Once logged in, you should see your Spacetalk Mobile plans and services under Your SIM Plans

Step 2: Your SIM Plan

To use the plan you purchased, select the "Activate new SIM" in blue tile and follow the provided prompts. Rest assured to double-check your SIM details when entering them to prevent errors during activation.
