Create a Repair Order

If you need to send your watch in for repair, here are the options available.

If you are looking to repair your watch, chat to our Support team. There may be some troubleshooting steps we could do to get your device back up & running again. If your watch is not covered by our manufacturer's warranty, there may be a charge for the repair.

Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom

If your watch is damaged and needs a repair, chat to our Support team. We would be able to initiate the repair order for you.

Make sure you have the following information ready:

  • Full Name

  • Email Address

  • Watch Return Delivery Address

  • Contact Number

  • Watch model

  • IMEI (you can find this on the watch under Settings > Information > IMEI )

  • Proof of purchase

Finland, Norway

If your watch is damaged and needs a repair, chat to our Support team. We would be able to initiate the repair order for you.

Other Countries

If you have a warranty claim, chat to our Support team to see what options we have available.

If your watch is out of warranty, unfortunately we do not have a repair service for you. To get a replacement for your item, you will need to make a new purchase.
