The Spacetalk Mobile Portal is a convenient and easy-to-use platform that allows you to manage your Spacetalk device from your mobile phone. Whether you're a parent or a child, the Mobile Portal has something for everyone.

How do I access the Spacetalk Mobile Portal?

Accessing the Mobile Portal is easy.

You will need to go to our Mobile Portal: https://mobile-activate.au.spacetalk.co. Select 'Existing Customer', then you will need to log in to your account.

To do so, enter your mobile or account number and password that you used to set up your account.

TIP: Your account number is a 9-digit number and should start with '200'

If you have forgotten your password, don't worry! You can click on the "Reset Password" link to change it.
