How do I access the Spacetalk Mobile Portal?
Accessing the Mobile Portal is easy.
You will need to go to our Mobile Portal: https://mobile-activate.au.spacetalk.co. Select 'Existing Customer', then you will need to log in to your account.
If you're not receiving password reset emails, chat to our Support team. We can reset the password for you but will need to verify you for security purposes. If needed, support agents can issue a temporary password to regain access. Use this temporary password promptly and update it immediately upon logging in for enhanced security.
To do so, enter your mobile or account number and password that you used to set up your account. If you experience issues logging in, double-check your credentials and ensure your account is fully set up. You may also need to verify your account information.
TIP: Your account number is a 9-digit number and should start with '200'. Do not use your email address to log in.
If you have forgotten your password, don't worry! You can click on the "Reset Password" link to change it. If you’re not receiving the reset email, ensure the email address linked to your Spacetalk account is valid and correct. If your account becomes locked due to multiple failed attempts, wait for the lockout period to end before resetting your password again.
