Did you know that Spacetalk offers a self-service Mobile Portal for all our users?

The Spacetalk Mobile Portal is a convenient and easy-to-use platform that allows you to manage your Spacetalk device from your mobile phone.

How do I access the Spacetalk Mobile Portal?

Accessing the Mobile Portal is easy.

You will need to go to our Mobile Portal: https://mobile-activate.au.spacetalk.co. Select 'Existing Customer', then you will need to log in to your account.

If you're not receiving password reset emails, chat to our Support team. We can reset the password for you but will need to verify you for security purposes.

To do so, enter your mobile or account number and password that you used to set up your account. If you experience issues logging in, double-check your credentials and ensure your account is fully set up. You may also need to verify your account information.

TIP: Your account number is a 9-digit number and should start with '200'. Do not use your email address to log in.

If you have forgotten your password, don't worry! You can click on the "Reset Password" link to change it. If you’re not receiving the reset email, ensure the email address linked to your Spacetalk account is valid and correct.

  2. Enter your account number or mobile service number and follow the instructions to reset your password.
