How to Change Your Account Details on Spacetalk Mobile Portal

Step 1: Log in to the Spacetalk Mobile Portal

The first step to changing your account details is to log in to the Spacetalk Mobile Portal. To do this, simply go to https://mobile-activate.au.spacetalk.co/ and enter your login credentials using your mobile service number or your Spacetalk Mobile number. If you forgot your password, select 'Reset Password' at the bottom.

Step 2: Select the Profile Tab

Once you have successfully logged in, you will be directed to your account dashboard. On the left-hand side, click on the "Profile" tab to access your account details.

Step 3: Edit Your Account Details

On the Profile page, you will see all your current account details, including your name, email, contact number, address, password, and date of birth.

Providing accurate details such as your Full Name and Date of Birth is essential, as these serve as key authentication factors to ensure account security and prevent unauthorized changes. These details are also critical for cross-platform processes like transferring your number to a different carrier.

To change your address, click on the "Edit" button below your current address. Enter your new address. Be sure to enter a valid address and note that PO Box addresses are not currently accepted. Click "Save" to update.

If you need to change your password, click on the "Change" button next to your current password. You will be asked to enter your old password and then your new password. Make sure to choose a strong and secure password to protect your account. Click "Save" to update your password.

If you want to change verified contact details, for security reasons, you can only update these details by contacting our support team.

Make sure to have your Full Name and Date of Birth readily available when contacting support, as these are required for verifying your identity and processing your request.
