Troubleshooting: No Sound or Poor Sound Quality on Your Watch
If you are experiencing issues with your watch not making any sounds or the sound quality being poor, there are a few things you can check before sending it in for repair.
Check School Mode and Volume Settings
The first thing to check is if School Mode is turned on. School Mode is a feature that disables all sounds on the watch during school hours. If School Mode is on, you will need to turn it off in order to hear any sounds from your watch.
Next, make sure that the volume on your watch has not been turned off or down. You can adjust the volume by swiping from top to bottom on the clock screen to reveal the control centre. Tap 'Sound' to reveal the volume slider. If the volume is turned off or down, simply adjust it to your desired level.
If the Issue Persists
If neither School Mode nor volume settings are causing the issue, it is possible that there is a hardware problem with your watch. In this case, the watch will need to be sent to our Repairer for further inspection and repair.
