Press this icon to make outbound calls from your Spacetalk watch. Once the icon has been pressed, you'll see a list of approved contacts - simply press the contact you wish to call from the list.

Press this icon to send and reply to SMS messages on the watch. Once the icon has been pressed, you can reply to previous conversations which will be listed on the screen, or press the small pencil icon in the top right corner which will start a new message.

Press this icon to send chat messages via WiFi or the mobile data on the watch's SIM card. Once the icon has been pressed, you can reply to previous conversations, which will be listed on the screen, or press the small pencil icon in the top right corner, which will start a new message.

Press the Step Count icon to view all of the watch's available fitness data. By swiping from the right of the screen to the left, you'll be able to view the current step count, the step count goal and its progress, as well as view the wearer's heart rate.

Note: whilst the step counter does continue to count steps even when the app is closed, the heart rate monitor does not function in the same way. If the heart rate needs to be viewed, the wearer will need to open the Step Count app.

Press the Camera icon to take photos from the watch with the front-facing camera. Simply press the capture button at the bottom of the screen and the photo will automatically get saved to the Album on the watch.

Press the album icon to view photos taken by the watch. Here you'll also be able to delete old photos that are no longer wanted.

Pressing the flashlight icon will cause the watch screen to light up a bright white, making it easier to see and find things in the dark. By tapping on the screen, you'll also be able to change the brightness.

Press the Calculator icon to bring up the Calculator on the watch face. Here you'll be able to complete simple math equations with all of the buttons available on the screen.

Press the Stopwatch icon to record timed activities. Simply, press the start icon and the stop icon when required.

Press the Timer icon to set a reminder at a specific interval. Select the desired number of minutes from the menu shown and the play icon to start. The timer can be paused at any time.

Press the Alarm button to set one-off and recurring alarms. Press the small + in the top right corner and follow the prompts to select your desired time. Press the confirm button once done.

Press this icon to view the calendar. By pressing the arrows at the top of the screen, you can view past and future dates.

Press this icon to send the location of the watch to the paired Spacetalk app.

Press this icon to view the local weather - the watch will gain this information via the data available on the SIM card.

To access the different options on the watch, simply swipe from one side of the screen to the other.

To exit an app on the watch, simply press the small 'X' icon in the bottom left corner. Alternatively, swipe down from the top of the screen to the bottom, as this will also act as an exist button

To charge your watch, line up the four gold prongs on the charging dock and connect them with the four gold dots on the back of the watch. Both are magnetised and should clip together when lined up correctly.

Turn your watch over and locate the bottom on the back. Press and hold this button until your watch vibrates and the screen switches on.

To turn your watch off, repeat this process and select 'Shut Down' on the watch face to confirm.

Press the speaker icon to change the volume of the watch. There will be a slider you can use to adjust the volume, and press the exit button to save the change

Press this icon to view a slider where you can adjust the brightness of the watch screen. Once you have your desired brightness, press the exit button to save the change.

Press the Settings icon to view all additional watch options, such as flight mode, date & time settings, language, ringtones etc

Press this icon and follow the prompts to connect the watch to WiFi using your WiFi password.

Once this option is visible, swipe from the left of the screen to the right as prompted to activate the watch's SOS feature. This will cause a siren to sound and the watch will begin to call and notify its emergency contacts that the SOS feature has been activated.
