Australia: Why don't I see my Spacetalk Mobile Plan for Activation?

Bought a plan from our online store, here's how to activate.

How to locate a Spacetalk Mobile plan purchased from our website

If you purchase a Spacetalk Mobile plan directly from our website and do not see the plan in the Membership section of the app or web portal, it may be because you purchased online with a different email to the one you signed up to on the app.

If you have a Spacetalk Mobile plan waiting for activation you will see it in the Membership section listed as "Activate new SIM" in blue, like below:

If you do not see the plan here ready for activation, you may need to transfer the plan from the email address you used to purchase the plan. See: Transfer the Spacetalk mobile plan for step by step instructions.
