How to Activate Your Spacetalk Mobile Plan

Congratulations on your new Spacetalk mobile plan! In order to get your plan set up and start using your watch, you will need to activate it. This article will guide you through the process step by step.

Step 1: Head to Spacetalk Mobile

The first step to activating your mobile plan is to head to Spacetalk Mobile. This is where you will create a new account or log in to your existing account to add your new service.

Enter the email address you would use to access this account.

Step 2: Create Your Account

Enter the Security Code sent to the email address on the account to access your account.

Make sure you check your inbox as well as spam folders.

Step 3: Select type of SIM to be activated

If you are activating a SIM for your Spacetalk smartwatch, select Physical SIM and use the SIM included with your watch.

Step 4: Enter the number of your new SIM card

Your SIM serial number is the 19 or 20 digit number for your SIM. This is found on the SIM card and should be in the box your watch came in.

Step 5: Choose a plan for your new SIM

Select the plan that suits you best from the list of available phone plans.

Step 6: Enter your details

Follow the prompts and enter your name and address details to complete the account registration.

Step 7: Add your payment method

All our plans are on automatic renewal of subscription fees. You'll need to add a payment method to enable this. This ensures an uninterrupted connection and helps keep your family safe. We accept Visa and Mastercard. You can always update your card details in your Mobile Portal later.

Step 8: Finally, choose a phone number

Choose a new number or port over your existing phone number in from another carrier.

Step 9: Congratulations. Your new mobile plan should activate shortly

Most number transfers take just 30 minutes, but in rare cases, it could take up to 2 days. During the transfer, your phone service will stay active, and you can keep using your number as well.
