Step 1: Open Add Member
From the Spaces screen, tap the blue + button in the bottom-right corner, then tap Add Member.
Step 2: Add someone you share another Space with, or invite someone new
On the Add members to your Space screen, you’ll see the people you already share other Spaces with. Tap someone (or use the search) to add them to this Space. If you only have one Space, you’ll not see this screen and go directly to Step 3.
To add someone who isn’t listed, tap Invite a new member at the bottom.
ℹ️ This screen only appears if you share other Spaces with people who aren’t in this Space yet. If there’s no one to show, you’ll go straight to the next step.
Step 3: Choose who you’re adding
Invite Adults — invite a partner, co-parent, carer or someone else who uses the Spacetalk app.
Add a Kid — opens the family drawer (name, age, device). See Add a kid to your family.
Add a Senior or Dependent — works like adding a kid. See Add a senior or dependent.
Pair a Watch — pair a watch to someone you look after. See Pair your Spacetalk Watch.
Inviting adults
On the Invite Members screen, share the invite code — read it out, or tap Share Code to use your device’s share options.
To invite from your contacts, tap Invite from your contacts and allow access, then tap the + beside a contact. It changes to a tick once the invite is sent.
Inviting kids and the people you look after
Kids and dependents are invited by entering their mobile number and sending an SMS invite. If they haven’t accepted yet, you’ll see a Resend Invite button on their profile card.
ℹ️ Resend Invite is available for kids and dependents.
