What are Spaces?
Spaces help you organise the people in your life — for example, your close family, the school-run parents, or relatives overseas. Each Space has its own members, and each member has their own sharing settings specific to that Space — so you can share different things with different groups. Your app starts you off with a Space called Family, and you can create more whenever you need them.
Step 1: Create a new Space
From the Spaces screen, tap the blue + button in the bottom-right corner, then tap Create new Space.
Step 2: Name your Space
Enter a name for your Space and tap Continue.
Step 4: Add people to your Space
Tap Add Member to add people, or skip and add them later.
From here you can:
Invite Adults — a partner, co-parent, carer or someone else who uses the Spacetalk app.
Add a Kid — see Add a kid to your family.
Add a Senior or Dependent — see Add a senior or dependent.
Pair a Watch — see Pair your Spacetalk Watch.
For the full steps on adding people, see Invite Members to your Space.
ℹ️ When you add a kid, senior or dependent, you manage what they share in this Space on their behalf. You can change it any time — see Manage a kid or dependent’s settings.
