Fix missing sound on your Spacetalk watch with two checks. See whether School Mode is on in the Spacetalk App, and whether the watch volume is turned down.
Step 1: Check School Mode
School Mode disables all sounds on the watch during the hours School Mode is active. If your child's watch is silent, check whether School Mode is currently on in the Spacetalk App.

Step 2: Check the volume
Swipe down from the top of the watch screen to open the control menu. Tap Sound to see the volume slider. If the volume is turned down or off, adjust it to your preferred level.
If the watch still has no sound after checking School Mode and the volume, there may be a hardware issue. Contact our Support team via live chat.
