Setting up your Spacetalk account
Welcome to Spacetalk! Our app allows you to stay connected with your loved ones through our innovative smartwatch technology. To get started, you will need to set up your account.
With Spacetalk, you can also manage family accounts and connected devices, ensuring seamless communication and safety for everyone.
Step 1: Downloading the app
The first step to setting up your account is to download the Spacetalk app.
The app is available both the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. Alternatively, search for 'Spacetalk' and click on the download button to get started.
Step 2: Creating your account
Once the app is installed on your phone, you can begin setting up your account.
Open the Spacetalk App on your phone
Enter your email address or mobile number
After you enter your email or mobile number, a one-time code will be sent. This would be an email or SMS depending on what details you entered.
Enter your one-time code
If you’ve entered an incorrect one-time code, you will have 2 more attempts to enter the correct code. After 3 attempts you will be temporarily locked out.
Enter your mobile/email address
Safety is if vital importance to us here at Spacetalk. To ensure your data is secure, we will require that your verify both your mobile number and your email address.
If you used your email address to create the account, you now need to enter your mobile number to secure your account.
If you used your mobile number to create the account, you now need to enter your email address to secure your account.
Now enter the one-time code sent to your other credentials that you just entered.
Step 3: Complete your profile
Finish your profile by adding a photo, update your details and selecting your contact update options.
Congratulations! You have successfully set up your Spacetalk account. Once you reach the Welcome page, you’re all set to go.
Select Get started to create your first Space. Create a Space will guide you through the process.
