If you are not receiving one-time password (OTP) messages from Spacetalk on your Android device, they may be going to your spam or blocked messages folder. Android automatically filters messages it suspects may be spam. Follow the steps below to fix this.
Step 1: Check your spam messages
Open the Messages app (Google Messages or your default SMS app).
Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top right corner.
Select Spam & blocked.
If you see an OTP message from Spacetalk, open it and tap Not spam.
This helps Android recognise future OTPs from Spacetalk as safe.
Step 2: Save the sender as a contact
Saving the sender's number makes Android less likely to filter future messages.
Open the OTP message.
Tap the sender's number.
Select Add to contacts.
Step 3: Check your Messages app permissions
On your phone, go to Settings > Apps > Messages.
Tap Permissions.
Make sure SMS is set to Allowed.
Set Messages as your default SMS app if it is not already.
Request a new OTP and check whether it arrives.
