The Spacetalk watch supports two types of messages — SMS and Chat — as well as outbound calls to approved contacts.
Note: SMS requires an active SIM card plan. Chat uses mobile data or WiFi and does not use SIM credit.
How to send an SMS
Swipe left on the watch screen and tap the Messages icon.
Tap the + icon in the top right corner to start a new message.
Choose a contact from the list.
Select a preset message, type a free-text message, or use emojis — swipe to switch between keyboards.
Tap the Send icon to send.
How to send a Chat message
Swipe left on the watch screen and tap the Chat icon.
Tap the + icon in the top right corner to start a new message.
Choose a contact from the list.
Select a preset message, type a free-text message, or use emojis.
Tap the Send icon to send.
Note: Chats can only be sent to contacts who are members of the same Space and have a Spacetalk App account.
How to make a call
Swipe left on the watch screen until you see the Call icon.
Tap the icon and select a contact from the approved list to place a call.
