How to Cancel Your Spacetalk App Subscription
To cancel your app subscription, use the account on the platform where you originally purchased it. Follow the appropriate instructions below:
On Apple/iOS Devices
Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap your Apple ID (your name at the top).
Select Subscriptions.
Locate the SpaceTalk app subscription.
Choose Cancel Subscription.
On Android/Google Play Devices
Open the Google Play app on your Android device.
Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
Go to Payments & Subscriptions.
Select Subscriptions.
Locate the Spacetalk app subscription and choose Cancel Subscription.
After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until it reaches its expiration date. Avoid deleting your account or creating a new one, as your subscription remains linked to the current account until its expiry.
Keep your existing app account active and your device paired to ensure uninterrupted service.
Why Was I Charged for the App?
Charges for the app subscription occur if the app was purchased separately via Apple or Google. However, with a Spacetalk Mobile SIM, this isn't necessary, as app subscription services are included in your mobile plan. Cancel the app subscription through your Apple ID or Google account to avoid future charges.
