Canceling Subscriptions Purchased via App Stores
For subscriptions purchased through Apple/iOS or Google/Android:
Use the Apple ID or Google account used for the purchase to manage your subscription.
Follow the cancellation process specific to your platform (Apple’s App Store Support or Google Play Support).
After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until it reaches its expiration date. Avoid deleting your account or creating a new one, as your subscription remains linked to the current account until its expiry.
Keep your existing app account active and your device paired to ensure uninterrupted service.
