Unexpected charges after cancelling a Spacetalk subscription are almost always caused by one of three things.
The subscription was not fully cancelled
Deleting the Spacetalk App from your phone does not cancel the subscription — it must be cancelled through the app store where you purchased it.
Cancel through the correct platform:
Apple/iOS: Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > select Spacetalk > tap Cancel Subscription.
Android/Google Play: Open the Play Store > tap your profile icon > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions > select Spacetalk > tap Cancel Subscription.

You are being charged by a third-party provider
If your watch uses a non-Spacetalk SIM, ongoing charges from that SIM provider will continue and must be cancelled directly with that provider. Check your bank or credit card statement to confirm whether the charges are from Apple, Google, or another provider.
You cancelled during an active billing cycle
When you cancel an Apple or Google subscription, it stays active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after that date, but you may see one final charge if your renewal date falls before your cancellation is processed.
Note: If you believe a charge is incorrect, cross-check your bank statement and contact the relevant provider — Apple, Google, or your SIM provider — for a refund. You can request supporting documentation from Spacetalk if needed.
