My Calls Keep Getting Rejected

Updated over 2 months ago

Why are incoming calls on my Spacetalk watch getting rejected?

To ensure the watch wearer's safety and privacy, your Smartwatch only allows incoming calls and messages from people listed as trusted contacts.

Checking Your Contacts on the Spacetalk App

To view your contacts on the Spacetalk App, follow these simple steps:

  • Tap on Chat at the bottom of your Spacetalk App

  • Tap on the Contacts icon in the top right

Here, you can view all the contacts that are currently saved on your Smartwatch. You can also add or remove contacts as needed.

If you want to add more contacts, Tap on '+ Contacts' on the bottom right of the same page.

Blocking Calls from Unknown Numbers

By default, your Smartwatch is set to block calls from unknown numbers. This is to ensure that you only receive calls from people you know and trust. However, if you wish to allow all incoming calls and messages from the Spacetalk app, you can disable this feature. To do so, follow these steps:

Once this feature is disabled, you will receive all incoming calls and messages from the Spacetalk app, even if the number is not saved in your contacts.

Troubleshooting Rejected Calls

If your number is listed in the contacts on your Smartwatch, but your call is still being rejected, it could be due to the caller ID settings on the calling mobile phone. Your Smartwatch detects the incoming caller ID and determines whether to permit or reject the call. If the caller ID is not available, the call will be automatically rejected by the watch.

To resolve this issue, please check the caller ID settings on the calling mobile phone and ensure that it is not set to hide the caller ID. Once this is done, your calls should go through successfully.

We hope this article has helped you understand how to manage incoming calls and messages on your Smartwatch. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer support team for assistance.
