If your Loop is not charging, work through the steps below in order.
Step 1: Clean the gold contacts
Check the four gold contacts on the back of the Loop and on the charging cradle. If they are dirty or damaged, gently clean them with a dry cloth.
Step 2: Check the charging cradle seating
Make sure the Loop is correctly seated on the charging cradle and that the cradle is not upside down. The four gold contacts on the cradle must line up with the four gold contacts on the back of the Loop.
Step 3: Test the USB power source
Try plugging another charging cable into the same USB power source to confirm it is working. If another cable charges normally, the issue is with the Loop's cable or dock rather than the power source.
Step 4: Perform a soft reset
Hold down the power button on the back of the watch until it vibrates. The watch will shut down and restart automatically. Once restarted, place it back on the cradle and check whether charging resumes.
