You can enable Face ID and Touch ID as alternate authentication methods so you can open the Spacetalk App without entering a one-time code each time.
Note: Leaving the app and returning to it will use Face ID or Touch ID. Fully closing the app requires you to sign in again with a one-time code.
How to enable biometric authentication
Step 1: Open your Profile
Open the Spacetalk App and tap Profile in the bottom right corner.
Step 2: Go to Security
Scroll down in your profile and tap Security, then tap Biometrics.
Step 3: Enable Face ID
A prompt will appear asking you to enable Face ID. Tap Enable Face ID and follow the instructions on your phone. Once enabled, you will see a confirmation and can tap Continue.
Step 4: Enable Touch ID
A prompt will appear asking you to enable Touch ID. Tap Enable Touch ID and follow the instructions on your phone. Once enabled, you will see a confirmation and can tap Continue.
You can now open the Spacetalk App using Face ID or Touch ID.
Note: You can turn biometric authentication off at any time in your profile settings under Security.
