How do I set up alarms on the Spacetalk watch?

How to create, customise, and manage alarms on the Spacetalk watch through the Spacetalk App.

You can set alarms for your child's Spacetalk watch through the Spacetalk App. Alarms are useful for morning wake-ups, after-school reminders, and daily routines. You can give each alarm a custom name or emoji that displays on the watch face when it goes off. The watch wearer can also be given permission to set their own alarms directly on the watch.

This feature is compatible with the Spacetalk Loop, Adventurer, and Life.

How to set up an alarm

Step 1: Open the member profile

Open the Spacetalk App and tap the profile image of the person you want to set an alarm for.

Step 2: Open the actions menu

You will be taken to the map screen with the member profile card — swipe the menu upwards to see more options.

Step 3: Select Watch Settings

In the menu, tap Watch Settings.

Step 4: Open Alarms and Alerts

Scroll down and tap Alarms and Alerts under the Watch Settings sub-menu.

Step 5: Configure your alarms

From here you can:

  • View existing alarms

  • Toggle on or off the option for the watch wearer to set their own alarms on the watch

  • Set a battery charging reminder

Step 6: Create a new alarm

Tap Add Alarm and customise the alarm:

  • Name — give it a title or use emojis. This text will display on the watch face when the alarm goes off.

  • Time — set the time you want the alarm to trigger.

  • Repeats On — select the days you want the alarm to repeat.

Tap Save Alarm when done.

Step 7: Set a battery alarm (optional)
