To open your profile, tap the Profile icon in the bottom right corner of the Spacetalk App.
From your profile you can:
Edit your personal information, including your name, date of birth, and profile picture
Manage the kids and dependents you look after — see their device, Spaces, and what they share
Pair a new watch
Enable Face ID and Touch ID for quicker sign-in
Manage blocked users
Access Help Guides, give feedback, or contact our Support team
View Spacetalk's Privacy Policy and app software details
Delete your account or sign out
Updating your profile and account settings
To update any detail in your profile, tap the arrow next to that section.
Note: To update your email address or phone number, follow the specific steps in Updating Your Email or Phone Details — these require re-verification and cannot be changed by tapping the arrow.
Editing your display details
To change your name, date of birth, or profile picture, tap Profile. The name you choose is visible to everyone in your Spaces.
Managing kids and dependents
The kids and dependents you look after appear in your profile. Tap a person to manage their device, the Spaces they are in, and what they share. See Manage a Kid or Dependent's Settings for full details.
To add someone new, tap the + button in the bottom right corner and tap Add Member.
Deleting your account
Important: Account deletions are permanent and cannot be reversed. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out of all devices. If you have an active app subscription, cancel it before deleting your account — otherwise you will continue to be charged.
