How to add a new Spacetalk Mobile plan to your existing account in the UK.

How to add a plan

  1. Go to the portal that matches your plan type:

  2. Enter your email address and the security code sent to your inbox to access your account.

  3. Tap Add a plan.

  4. Enter your new SIM serial number — the 19 or 20 digit number printed on the SIM card, found in the box your watch came in.

  5. Choose a new number or port your existing number across from another carrier. See How do I transfer or port my existing number? for details.

Your new plan will activate shortly. Most SIM activations take around 15 minutes, but may take up to 2 days in some cases.
