This article is for UK customers activating a Spacetalk Mobile SIM plan.

Visit the portal that matches your plan type:

Enter the email address you want to use for this account.

Enter the security code sent to your email address to access your account. Check both your inbox and spam folder if you do not receive it.

If you are activating a SIM for your Spacetalk watch, select Physical SIM and use the SIM included with your watch.

Enter your SIM serial number — the 19 or 20 digit number printed on the SIM card. This should be in the box your watch came in.

Select the plan that suits you best from the list of available options.

Enter your name and address to complete your account registration.

All Spacetalk Mobile plans are on automatic renewal. Add a Visa or Mastercard to keep your service active. You can update your card details in the Mobile Portal at any time.

Choose a new number, or port your existing number across from another carrier. See Transfer or Port an existing number for details.

Your plan will activate shortly. Most SIM activations take around 15 minutes, but can take up to 2 days in some cases.

To replace a SIM in a new device, visit the UK Mobile Portal and select Replace SIM on the relevant service. If the previous SIM has been deactivated, you will need to choose a new phone number.

Can I keep my phone number if my previous SIM has been cancelled? No. Cancelled or disconnected SIM cards cannot retain the same number. You will need to select a new number.

How long does a SIM swap take? SIM swaps usually take around 15 minutes, but may take up to 2 days.
