How to add a plan
Go to the portal that matches your plan type:
Watch plan: spacetalkmobile-us.gigs.com
Handset plan: spacetalk-us-phone-ffr.gigs.com
Enter your email address and the security code sent to your inbox to access your account.
Tap Add a plan.
Enter your new SIM serial number — the 19 or 20 digit number printed on the SIM card, found in the box your watch came in.
Choose a new number or port your existing number across from another carrier. See How do I transfer or port my existing number? for details.
Your new plan will activate shortly. Most number transfers take around 30 minutes, but may take up to 2 days in some cases. You will be kept updated on the progress.
