If you purchased a new Spacetalk Loop, your Spacetalk Mobile SIM is already inside the watch. You only need to follow these steps if you are inserting a replacement SIM or swapping to a different SIM.
Important: Always power off your Loop before inserting or removing the SIM card to avoid damage to the watch or SIM.
How to Insert a SIM Card into Your Loop
Here's a quick video to show you how to insert your SIM.
Step 1: Open the SIM tray
The SIM tray is located on the right side of the Loop — a small rectangular slot with a pinhole next to it. Insert a small pin or paperclip into the pinhole and gently lever it away from the tray until the tray pops out.
Step 2: Insert or remove your SIM card
Align your SIM card to match the cut corner on the SIM tray, with the metal contacts facing up. Carefully place the SIM card into the tray.
To remove the SIM, pull it straight out of the tray.
Step 3: Close the SIM tray
Gently push the tray back into place until it sits flush with the side of the watch. If the tray does not go back in easily, check that the SIM card is correctly seated in the tray.
