If you purchased a new Spacetalk Adventurer, your Spacetalk Mobile SIM is already inside the watch. You only need to follow these steps if you are inserting a replacement SIM or swapping to a different SIM.
Important: Always power off your Adventurer before inserting or removing the SIM card to avoid damage to the watch or SIM.
How to Insert a SIM Card into Your Adventurer
Here's a quick video to show you how to insert your SIM.
Step 1: Open the SIM tray
The SIM tray is located on the back of the Adventurer. Use a flat tool or a paperclip to press into the pinhole and release the tray. Alternatively, use your fingernail to gently pry open the tray from the bottom.
Step 2: Insert or remove your SIM
Align your SIM card to match the cut corner on the SIM tray, with the metal contacts facing up. Carefully place the SIM card into the tray.
To remove the SIM, pull it straight out of the tray.
Step 3: Close the SIM tray
Snap the tray back into place. Align the two triangles on the top left corner of the SIM tray with the triangles on the back of the watch. The tray should sit flush with the back of the watch when correctly seated.
