Preset messages are quick-select messages your child can send from their watch without typing — for example, "I'm on my way home" or "Pick me up please". You set them up through the Spacetalk App. The watch comes with some standard preset messages included, and you can add or customise them at any time.

Open the Spacetalk App and tap the profile image of the child whose watch you want to update.

You will be taken to the map screen with the member profile card — swipe the menu upwards to see more options.

Tap Watch Settings in the menu.

Under the Messaging sub-menu, tap Preset Messages.

Tap Add Message, type the message you want your child to be able to send (emojis can be included), then tap Create Message.

Your new preset message will now be available on the watch. When your child sends a message, they can scroll through the preset options and select one to send.
