Status Guide - What Do The Status Names Mean?

It's Live

What it means: All systems are operating normally.

What you may notice: Everything should work as expected.

What you should do: No action needed. If you see something unusual, contact Support via the chat.

We're Doing Final Tests

What it means: A fix has been released and early signs look good. We’re closely monitoring.

What you may notice: Service should be back. Small hiccups may still occur as traffic normalises.

What we’re doing: Monitoring error rates and user reports for 24–48 hours.

Fixing

What it means: We’ve found the cause and are working on a fix. Some features may still be unreliable while this completes.

What you may notice: Things may start working again for some users but not all.

What we’re doing: Releasing updates and validating results.

Non-Operational | Currently Investigating

What it means: A major part of Spacetalk isn’t working right now.

What you may notice: Things aren't quite working like you expect them to.

What we’re doing: Our engineers are investigating and working on a fix.
