How to Add a Plan to Your Account

Adding a new plan to your account is quick and easy. Follow the steps below to get started:

Step 1: Sign into your Mobile Account

The first step to adding a new mobile plan is to head to https://spacetalk-uk-phone.gigs.com/.

Enter the email address you would use to access this account.

Enter the Security code sent to that email address to complete the login.

Step 2: Select Add a plan

Step 3: Select the type of SIM to be activated

Select the type of SIM you want activated and follow the prompts.

If you are activating a SIM for your Spacetalk smartwatch, select Physical SIM and use the SIM included with your watch.

Step 4: Choose a plan for your new SIM

Select the plan that suits you best from the list of available phone plans.

Step 5: Finally, choose a phone number

Choose a new number or port over your existing phone number in from another carrier. Follow the prompts based on what you selected.

Step 6: Congratulations. Your new mobile plan should activate shortly

Most number transfers take just 30 minutes, but in rare cases, it could take up to 2 days. During the transfer, your phone service will stay active, and you can keep using your number as well.
