If you have received a new SIM card — for example, after losing or replacing your original — you can update the SIM number on your plan through the Spacetalk Mobile Portal.

Go to the portal that matches your plan type:

- Watch plan: <a href="https://spacetalkmobile-us.gigs.com/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">spacetalkmobile-us.gigs.com</a>
- Handset plan: <a href="https://spacetalk-us-phone-ffr.gigs.com/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">spacetalk-us-phone-ffr.gigs.com</a>

Enter your email address and the security code sent to your inbox to access your account.

From your list of active plans, select Subscription Details for the plan you want to update.

In the Subscription Details page, tap the arrow next to your old SIM number.

Tap the arrow next to Replace your SIM and follow the prompts to enter your new SIM number.

Save your changes to apply the new SIM to your account.

2. Enter your email address and the security code sent to your inbox to access your account.
3. From your list of active plans, select Subscription Details for the plan you want to update.
4. In the Subscription Details page, tap the arrow next to your old SIM number.
5. Tap the arrow next to Replace your SIM and follow the prompts to enter your new SIM number.
6. Save your changes to apply the new SIM to your account.
