Whilst our Spacetalk watches have timed tracking intervals, sometimes you want a location update right away. You can request a location update at any time via your Spacetalk app.
How to Request a Location Update
Step 1: Access your Spacetalk App
Log in to your Spacetalk app, and once done, select the icon of the person you would like to know the location of.
Step 2: Swipe up on the Actions menu
Once you’ve selected the person you’d like to know the location of, you’ll be directed to the map screen and the actions menu associated with their watch. To view more options, swipe the menu upwards.
Step 3: Refresh Location
To update the person’s location, select Refresh Location – this will retrieve that person’s location. Please note, if you request the location from a watch, it is often not instant and may take a minute or two
