Rewards feature is designed to encourage your child to complete certain tasks to earn rewards that you set via your Spacetalk app. You can set the reward and add the amount of stars needed to earn the reward. You can identify which tasks can earn stars and once enough stars have been earned, they can receive their reward!

Stars can be requested via the watch, so your child can let you know when a task has been completed.

Log into your Spacetalk app, and once done, select the icon of the person you would like to set up a reward for.

Once you’ve selected the person you’d like to assign a reward, you’ll be directed to the map screen and the member profile card menu associated with their watch. To view more options, swipe the menu upwards.

Find and select the Reward settings option.

Here you can set up the reward you would like your child to work toward. Press on the blue plus icon to add a photo and type the name of the reward into the text box below

Add the number of stars you would like your child to earn before the reward is granted. Please note, the more tasks you’d like your child to complete, the more stars you will need to add. .

Press the Add task button to add a task you’d like your child to complete to earn a star.

Once you’ve added all of the required details, press the Save button to finalise. If changes need to be made, you can edit the reward at any time.

Now that you have a reward set up, when you select Rewards in the action menu of your child’s watch the reward will appear on the screen.

To award a star, simply select one on the screen and you’ll be directed to select the task that has been completed.

Select the completed task, and select Award gold star to complete.

Alternatively, your child can request stars when a task is completed via their watch. They simply need to swipe on their watch until Rewards can be seen. Once selected they will be able to press the request a star button.

When this happens, a pop-up will appear in your app and you can choose to award the star.

If you happen to miss this pop-up, you’ll also be able to view the request via the notifications menu. Press the Notification button at the bottom of the Spaces screen.

To award the star, select review and follow the prompts.

When all stars have been awarded, the reward will be unlocked!
