The Rewards feature lets you set goals and reward your child's achievements directly in the Spacetalk App. You create a reward, set the number of stars needed to earn it, and add tasks your child completes to earn stars. Your child can request stars from the watch when they finish a task, and you approve them in the app.
Note: Rewards is available on the Spacetalk Adventurer only.
How to set up a Reward
Step 1: Open the member profile
Open the Spacetalk App and tap the profile image of the child you want to set up a reward for.
Step 2: Open the actions menu
You will be taken to the map screen with the member profile card — swipe the menu upwards to see more options.
Step 3: Select Rewards Settings
Tap Reward settings in the action menu.
Step 4: Create the reward
Tap the blue + icon to add a photo and enter the name of the reward in the text box.
Step 5: Set the number of stars
Enter the number of stars your child needs to earn the reward. The more tasks you want them to complete, the more stars to add.
Step 6: Add tasks
Tap Add task to add tasks your child can complete to earn stars.
Step 7: Save
Tap Save to create the reward. You can edit it at any time.
How to award stars
From the app
In the Spacetalk App, tap the member profile and open the actions menu, then select Rewards.
Tap a star on the screen.
Select the completed task and tap Award gold star to confirm.
From the watch (child-initiated)
Your child can request a star from the watch by swiping to the Rewards icon and tapping Request a star. A notification will appear in your app for you to approve.
If you miss the notification, find the request in the Notifications menu at the bottom of the Spaces screen. Tap Review and follow the prompts to award the star.
Once all stars are earned, the reward is unlocked.
